1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used herbal products
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
